We are seeking enthusiastic, market leading fitness professionals to join our team and build their own business or enhance their current one. With high rates of pay and a rewarding role, we’re confident you will love the chance to showcase your skills and establish yourself as a trailblazer in the industry.

Becoming a PT Mentor allows you to leverage & utilise the structure of our back-office. Our aim is to make life as easy as possible for you and take away the pain points, so you get to enjoy the ‘fun’ side of the business, doing what you do day in, day out, by supporting trainee personal trainers, and helping enhance their practical skills by teaching them correct exercise form and soft skills they will need to build relationships with their future clients.

2. Potential learners will speak to our careers team.

3. Once started, they will be allocated a highly trained support tutor to help them with their workbooks and study of the theory element of the course.

4. Conduct practical sessions with the learner similar to PT sessions, teaching them things such as correct exercise form (we can help guide on sessions). If you do not have time for the practicals, we can work around this and use alternative trainers.
